消費者パネルの構築・運営およびマーケティングプロダクト開発を行う株式会社モニタス（本社：東京都港区、代表取締役社長：林 秀紀、以下「モニタス」）は、2026年7月1日を効力発生日として、子会社である株式会社マクロミル・サウスイーストアジア（本社：東京都港区、代表取締役社長：柴原 洋、以下「マクロミル・サウスイーストアジア」）を吸収合併することをお知らせいたします。

本合併により、マクロミルグループ内における経営資源を完全に一体化し、意思決定の迅速化とサービスの品質向上を図ってまいります。

1. 吸収合併の背景と目的

マクロミルグループでは、「グループ連携強化と結束」を重点課題と位置付け、グループ全社におけるケイパビリティの最大化および経営効率の向上を進めております。モニタスは2026年1月にマクロミル・サウスイーストアジアを子会社化して以降、グループ間での強固な連携を推進してまいりました。

近年の東南アジア市場におけるマーケティングリサーチ需要の高度化・迅速化に対応し、グループ全体の持続的な企業価値の向上を図るため、このたび両社の経営資源の一体化を決定いたしました。

マクロミル・サウスイーストアジアが培ってきた「東南アジア市場の理解と現地での運用力」に、モニタスが得意とする「パネル構築・運用の知見およびプロダクト開発力（テック力）」を融合することで、さらなるシナジーを創出します。体制の迅速化により品質・スピード・提供価値を圧倒的に高め、お客様のアジアにおけるマーケティング活動をこれまで以上に強力にサポートしてまいります。

2. 合併の要旨

効力発生日（統合日）	2026年7月1日
合併方式	株式会社モニタスを存続会社、株式会社マクロミル・サウスイーストアジアを消滅会社とする吸収合併。
今後の運営体制	マクロミル・サウスイーストアジアの事業およびお取引先様との契約関係は、すべて存続会社であるモニタスへ承継されます。現在ご利用いただいているサービス内容、担当窓口、取引条件等に変更はございません。また、現地拠点（タイ、インドネシア、ベトナム等）のパートナー企業との連携体制も変わらず維持されます。

3. 今後の展望

統合後の新生モニタスは、テクノロジーを活用したパネル運用の自動化や新規プロダクトの投入を推進し、東南アジア全域におけるスピード・品質ともに圧倒的なリサーチインフラ（リサーチパネル供給網）の構築を目指します。さらに、現地拠点の強みを活かした多言語対応や丁寧なサポート体制を強化し、アジア市場におけるマーケティングデータの価値創造に邁進してまいります。

Monitas Announces Merger with Macromill Southeast Asia

Monitas, Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Hidenori Hayashi; hereinafter “Monitas”), a provider of consumer panel construction/management and marketing product development, announces that it will execute an absorption-type merger with its subsidiary, Macromill Southeast Asia, Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Yoh Shibahara; hereinafter “Macromill Southeast Asia”), effective July 1, 2026. 

Through this merger, Monitas will fully integrate management resources within the Macromill Group to accelerate decision-making and drive further service quality enhancements. 

1. Background and Objectives

The Macromill Group has positioned “strengthening group collaboration and unity” as a key priority, striving to maximize capabilities and optimize management efficiency across all group companies. Since Macromill Southeast Asia became a subsidiary in January 2026, Monitas has been actively driving closer collaboration within the group. 

To address the increasingly sophisticated and fast-paced demands for marketing research in Southeast Asia, and to enhance the sustainable corporate value of the entire group, we have decided to fully integrate our management resources. 

By combining Macromill Southeast Asia’s deep market understanding and localized operational capabilities with Monitas’s expertise in panel building/management and tech-driven product development, we aim to unlock powerful synergies. This streamlined structure will enable us to support our clients’ marketing activities in Asia more effectively than ever before by delivering unparalleled quality, speed, and value. 

2. Merger Summary 

Effective Date (Integration Date)	July 1, 2026
Merger Method	An absorption-type merger with Monitas, Inc. as the surviving company and Macromill Southeast Asia, Inc. as the dissolving company.
Future Operations	All businesses and client agreements previously handled by Macromill Southeast Asia will be seamlessly transferred to and assumed by Monitas. There will be no changes to current service offerings, designated contact persons, or transactional terms and conditions. Furthermore, our collaborative frameworks with local partner companies in overseas regions (including Thailand, Indonesia, and Vietnam) will remain fully active and unchanged.

3. Future Outlook

The newly integrated Monitas will leverage advanced technology to automate panel operations and introduce next-generation products, aiming to build a dominant research infrastructure (research panel supply network) that delivers unmatched speed and quality throughout Southeast Asia. In addition, we will reinforce our multi-language capabilities and customer support by capitalizing on our local strengths, remaining fully committed to driving new value creation through marketing data across Asian markets.
