株式会社モニタス（本社：東京都港区、代表取締役社長：林 秀紀、以下「モニタス」）は、2026年1月1日付で、株式会社マクロミル（本社：東京都港区、代表取締役社長 CEO：佐々木 徹）が保有する株式会社マクロミル・サウスイーストアジア（CEO：柴原 洋、以下「マクロミル・サウスイーストアジア」）の発行済株式のすべてをモニタスが譲り受け、同社がモニタスの連結子会社となったことをお知らせいたします。
マクロミル・サウスイーストアジアは、2014年7月の設立以来、東南アジア（主にタイ、インドネシア、ベトナム）において、オンラインリサーチおよびマーケティングソリューションを提供してまいりました。現地ならではの市場理解と運用力を強みに、各国の多様な調査ニーズに対応し、幅広いお客様の意思決定を支援しています。
モニタスは、国内におけるパネル構築・運用の知見と、調査実務を支えるプロダクト／開発力を活かし、マクロミル・サウスイーストアジアの事業基盤をさらに強化してまいります。今後は、グループ内の連携を一層深めることで、品質、スピード、提供価値の向上を図り、東南アジア地域のお客様のマーケティング活動をこれまで以上に力強くサポートしてまいります。

Regarding the Acquisition of Macromill Southeast Asia as a Subsidiary

Monitas Inc. (“Monitas”; Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Hidenori Hayashi) hereby announces that, effective January 1, 2026, Monitas has acquired all shares of Macromill Southeast Asia Co., Ltd. (“Macromill Southeast Asia”; CEO: Hiroshi Shibahara) previously held by Macromill, Inc. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Toru Sasaki). As a result, Macromill Southeast Asia has become a consolidated subsidiary of Monitas.
Since its establishment in July 2014, Macromill Southeast Asia has provided online research and marketing solutions across Southeast Asia, primarily in Thailand, Indonesia, and Vietnam. Leveraging strong local market expertise and operational capabilities, the company has supported a wide range of clients in addressing diverse research needs and enhancing marketing decision-making.
Monitas will further strengthen Macromill Southeast Asia’s business foundation by bringing to bear Monitas’s expertise in panel development and operations, as well as its product and development capabilities that support research execution. Going forward, through closer collaboration within the group, we will enhance quality, speed, and overall value delivered, and provide even stronger support for our clients’ marketing activities across Southeast Asia.
